Don Froula is one of the smartest, funnest and most interesting friends I have on Instagram and he’s been taking the ball and RUNNING with exploring 3-Dimensional volumetric visualizations of Lisaajous figures.

He took it up on himself to play around on his oscilloscope to make them AND recorded some 3D Stereoscopic SBS video of the figures in action, they are ambiguous so you can watch them either as cross OR parallel viewing 🙂
His investigations and explorations will be the meat and potatoes in an upcoming article we will be writing up for the SHIFT, so stay tuned for that, its already turning out to be a very interesting exploration of three dimensional visualizations into sound and waveforms 🙂
