Ive devoted half my life to pursuits in stereoscopic communication and strive to understand it as deeply & throughly as possible. Although i will argue that all personal relationships with 3D begin when perception of stereoscopic depth develops, I consider a single powerful and profound experience to delineate the beginning of my serious interests, inquiries and approach to understanding what I consider a profoundly powerful and unique visual language. What I have found the most fascinating is this moment is it’s permanence. It leaves an indelible mark, and can be recalled 5, 10, 25 years later, with the same detail and always with the same, great driving force. This, to me, is what a stereographer is made by and is the common origin nearly all of us share, this indelible mark that can cleave into time itself, and instilled into each of us our specific devotions to it. event cleaved a mark intoq us which we can identify in our timeline, and etched into each and every one of us, our personal devotions to it.

My focus on these events have led to broader investigations to my approaching the study of stereoscopic communication as a visual language. In the 22 years I have searched to reach an answer, I haven’t.      and have led me to two main terminal points of research.

1- I research stereoscopic communication varieties and seek to catalog and define the various mediums, means & methods which stereoscopic communication can successfully be employed, take measures to understand the physical & energetic means, methods and mechanisms that define one stereoscopic system from another, as well as researching the histories of stereoscopic communications along with the various mediums and techniques they have employed.

2- I research physiological and psychological mechanisms involved with vision & perception and keep up with findings from neurological research
